Once you decide to utilize our services, we inspect, make necessary repairs, conduct routine mainenance, have housekeeping staff throughly clean and prepare the RV for showing. We then list the rv for sale and meet with potential buyers to show your rig, negotiate a sales price set by you the owner, prepare ADOT title trasfor documents and collect funds.
After consutling with our staff, you decide a price range acceptable to you. Leave the rest to our staff to prepare, maintain, show and negotiatenthe final sales price.

5. We have our housekeeping staff throughly clean the rv, then pass it off to our maintenance staff to make the repairs 6. We take photos and list details about your rig – we advertise the sale of the rv.
7. We show the RV and negotiate price.
8. We prepare sales agreement between us as your representative and the buyer and collect down payment
9. We contact you for a clear title, we prepare and provide an ADOT Bill of Sale/Title Transfer for your signature
10. Upon final sale, we collect the repaining balance and coordinate any nesessity to meet at your bank for the transfer of funds.
Our agreement is written in such a way as to ensure you earn top $$$ for your RV. Naturally our objective is to obtain the maximum amount possible as the more we obtain , the greater our commission.
We provide an estimate of the necessary costs. Each RVs specifics will be differnt based on the repairs and routinne maintenance that is required to make the rv 100% ready for sale. Once thats done its simple, we basically charge a set fee minimal or a percentage of the final sales price. Whichever is greater.
