Trailers: No there is nowhere to safely carry them. We do not allow bikes inside our rentals.

Motorhomes: Each motorhome has a tow hitch receiver in which a bike rack may be installed. The rental agency rents bike racks that accommodate 3 to 5 bicycles. A Bike Rack rental fee applies.

Trailers = Unlimited Mileage. Motorhomes = Each night you rent includes 125 free miles of travel on most motorhomes (Diesel Pushers come with 225 miles per day). So for instance if were renting for 3 nights, you would have 375 free miles of travel included with your rental. We calculate your mileage from our storage lot to your destination and back to the lot. An Example: Based on a trip to the Grand Canyon from our location the round-trip travel mileage is 812. Based on this scenario, the additional mileage is 437 miles @ 32 cents per mile or $ 139.84 additional cost

All our units come with a typical 30 AMP RV Electrical Plug (Some units may have a 50 Amp plug). 115 Volt Electrical service is needed to charge the house batteries when you are parked, operate the TV, Air conditioners and Microwave as well as power any 115V outlets. All our units also have an on board 12 Volt deep cycle battery that powers the Furnace, Refrigerator, monitor panels and interior lights. Therefore it is not necessary that you have 115 volt power available to you unless you intend to operate a TV, AC, or the Microwave.

We allow service dogs, and a few other pets but with the requirement they remain in a pet crate. We do not allow cats or reptiles in our RV’s. A pet dander cleaning fee will apply. Fee varies based on the particular rental vehicle.

No, all of our rental units are strictly smoke-free.

YES. All our rentals only require a standard drivers license. International UK license are acceptable. Drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age.

We do not currently have any RV;s that are designated as handicap accessible. If the person is ambulatory by nature, it is possible we may have a unit that can accommodate them. We recommend you contact us to discuss particular measurements that can possibly accommodate your needs .

WIFI is a popular technology that allows an electronic device to exchange data wirelessly (using radio waves) over a computer network, including high-speed Internet connections. The Wi-Fi Alliance defines Wi-Fi as any “wireless local area network” WLAN. A device that can use Wi-Fi (such as a personal computer, video game console, smartphone, tablet, or digital audio player) can connect to a network resource such as the Internet via a wireless network access point. Such an access point (or hotspot) can comprise an area as large as many square miles. Whether or not you can connect to WIFI /WLAN from within the RV depends of how near to a “HOT SPOT” you are located. Due to the popularity of WIFI, Most RV Park Campgrounds offer hot spots with WLAN/WIFI connectivity. You can call ahead to any RV park and ask them if they offer a WIFI hot spot.

Yes we accommodate One-Way RV Rentals. Just submit a special request when submitting your quote. Be aware the unit must be returned to our lot, so there will be recovery fees applied to return the RV.(fuel, mileage, airfare, per-diem may apply).

Yes – When renting from Southeast Arizona RV Rentals , we offer free parking at our lot for the duration of your rental. You must however sign a liability waiver. We are not responsible for your vehicle while parked here.

Our rentals can travel anywhere throughout the USA, Canada and Alaska! Sorry absolutely NO travel into Mexico!

Typically the majority of our clients pick up at our lot in Whetstone AZ . We are just south of Benson AZ (southeast of Tucson). Directions to our lot are located on the website under the Contact Tab. It is possible to have us deliver , however there is a charge for this.

We do our best to accommodate our cliental. As a general rule, you may pick up as early as 6am . The return however must occur no later than 12 noon. Our office hours are: SUMMER: May through August ~ M-F 9am till 5pm . FALL/WINTER/SPRING: September through April ~ M-F 9am till 4pm. But keep in mind we are accommodating. Simply just ask if you need to schedule outside normal office hours.

YES, however our delivery area is limited to Southeast and Southern Arizona. We can deliver as far north of Tucson as Eloy/Casa Grande and as far south as Sierra Vista , Nogales, and Douglas. As far east as Safford, Duncan and as far west as Gila Bend. A delivery fee may apply. If you’d like a Quote to include delivery , please inform us

No, a commercial drivers license is NOT required in order to rent an RV.

Yes, we provide training on how to service the septic system. The average motorhomes black tank typically doesn’t need to the emptied but once a week. Renters may choose to Pay a $50 charge to have us service the waste tanks upon their return in lieu of emptying the tanks themselves.

YES – All our motorhomes are equipped to tow.. We charge an additional fee of $15 per day due to the additional wear on the motorhome. We allow towing of an automobile or trailer, However we do not allow towing of boats. Why not a boat? Because It is not safe to launch a boat from the rear of a motorhome.. Furthermore dipping the rear of the RV into the water causes damage to the RV. If you choose to tow, you must provide your own tow mechanism or tow dolly .. We do not rent tow bars/dollies.
