Delivering the RV: We conduct an extensive walk-through on the coach with the renter and use an extensive check list to ensure all systems and operability are covered. The renter must sign the Operating Instructions Sheet. In addition, we take several digital pictures of each unit just before it goes out. This precludes renters from coming back later and saying damage was pre-existing, or that something broke or got damaged was because we didn’t tell them how to operate it. In addition, each renter is required to read and sign our Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions were written to protect the RV, the owner of the RV and Paul’s SE Arizona RV Rentals LLC. Thus, they clearly spell out what the renter is responsible for and the penalties involved if they don’t adhere to them.
