Only the renter and those persons designated at the time the reservation is taken. Each designated driver (minimum age 25) will be required to give us their full name, address, date of birth, drivers license number & state and expiration date. We then verify the licenses are valid prior to departure. The primary renter understands that they’re the responsible party and will be charged for any damage or repairs due to negligence.
